Susan and Kevin were fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgable about the products. We didn't feel like we had to buy anything straight away. The service was just great!

The Sales person was friendly and communicative but not over pushy.

Kasim the Dreams colleague was very helpful and friendly he greeted us at the door. He took us through the whole process while we was in the store and was very knowledgeable about the products. I'm very happy with our purchase and think we made the right choice coming to Dreams.

The assistant in store was very attentive without being overbearing. His colleague also was very friendly. He pointed out choices within the remit I was looking for and was not pushy but knowledgeable. He offered me a pillow to use when trying out the beds and listened to my comments and requirements. I am looking forward to trying out the new bed and am sure it will meet my expectations.

The person who served us made himself available immediately and was a good listener too. Also was open and honest when telling us that the product or option is not available but gave us alternatives. He knew the products and tried his best to accommodate an ideal solution for us. He was also patient due to all questions we've asked and we never noticed that 'fake feeling' some sales have when they want to sell at any costs. Thanks.

Sean the dreams colleague approached us and gave us some advice and questioned us on our needs and showed us where the beds that suited those needs were, but he then left us to try beds out without harrassing us. He took our son over to a drawing area to keep him occupied while my partner and I tried beds. He also gave us a a pillow to try the beds out with and at no point rushed us. We left the store that first day to compare options at a competitor and were both appalled at the way we were harrassed and not left alone at the competitor store and the salesman didn't even listen to what we were and more importantly not looking for. This was ultimately why we returned back to see Sean and purchased from Dreams

We were given helpful advice and suggestions, not pressured into buying, treated with courtesy and left to talk over the choices and make up our minds. As soon as we were ready to make a purchase, the same assistant - Kasim - was there to assist again.
