I went to the store with my 95-year old mother who has mobility problems and difficulty getting in and out of her present bed. Your colleague took a great deal of time and patience finding the right bed for her until we found the perfect one, even offering us a cup of tea or coffee. Keith was polite, friendly. courteous and very, very helpful.
