Pleasant approach by Keith (manager) knew his subject well, not in the least overbearing timely advice given and understanding of my needs. With the absence of today's ever present high pressure salesmanship my Dreams experience was highly satisfactory indeed.

Greeted by a friendly assistant who was knowledgeable of the products. Made our visit easy and enjoyable experience.

Very friendly service. Didn't try to up sell. Just told me pros and cons of two separate bed frames and let me decide with no pressure. When it came to ordering it was done and dusted in no time. It was a different staff member, which made me think he might go over everything previous, he didn't and got on with it and sorted my order straight away.
