Helpful staff member made it easy he was very helpful and patient. There was no pressure and it was all done very quickly.

Sean welcomed us as we came in to the store and everything planned the layout. We told him we just wanted a mattress.He explained the colour system and got us to try each one. Once we decided on the colour he took us to try some other models. He was always on hand without being pushy. He told us we could get our old mattress collected when the new one was delivered so we decided to take that service as well. We even bought the pillows we used while trying the beds!

Looking to purchase our first bed for our new house, employee was very friendly and offered us advice on both beds and mattresses. We explained what we were looking for and he guided us to the perfect bed to match our specifications! Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well.

The store staff were very helpful, friendly and understanding of our needs and kept us informed of special offers, delivery times and was willing to go out of their way to make our experience comfortable

Sean was very helpful in assisting me in finding what I wanted, but in no way was he pushy and he was very informative. I felt that the quality of the goods I purchased was very good and they were fairly priced.

Sales rep helped us find exactly what we were looking for, but wasn't pushy, let us think about it and make our own decisions. Told us about offers but again never tried to push them on us. Couldn't be more helpful.

The service we received from the assistant was exceptional. He understood our needs and helped us find the bed we required. The advice and information he gave regarding beds in general was very good.
