Sean showed genuine interest and also offered us our own space to decide if we wanted to order which I really apprdciated

Staff understood our needs and made recommended various options which were very good and the time for delivery was only 2 weeks.

Very helpful assistant who was there if needed but he was in no way pushy. Big selection of beds all at reasonable cost.

I came into Dreams with two beds I had already looked at online in mind. Kevin was extremely helpful in directing me to the right beds and gave me plenty of time to try out mattresses. All of the staff were lovely but Kevin in particular went out of his way to help and gave me excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend to friends and would come back for any other bed related needs

From greeting us into the shop to the overall help, assistance, and knowledge of products in the shop helped us decide on the right bed for our needs. Buying online if fine but glad we went in to test all the different types of beds and get a little more information on they different types

When I first arrived at the store I was greeted by Susan I believe her name was. After a quick greeting from Susan she left me to my own devices until I needed her assistance. She wasn't pushy or pestering me during my visit and was very knowledgeable.

The assistant was helpful, pleasant and friendly without being pushy. He knew his subject and was very patient with me when it was clear I didn't really know about modern mattresses.
