Keith was highly knowledgable about all aspects of bed frames and mattresses. He gave us help and advice at each point to allow us to chose the perfect bed and mattress for us.

Great customer service and very attentive but not over the top. A great overall experience!

My assistant was Susan and from the minute I walked into the store she was cheery and welcoming and extremely helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and in fact although I was only going "for a look" I was so impressed I ordered my items before leaving the store.

The member off staff i dealt with in store was extremely helpful and seemed to know what he was talking about. Unlike other stores i didnt feel pressured into placing an order which is another reason i chose to go ahead and purchase in store. When going through all the details kasim explained everything very clearly while also chatting about various things i felt relaxed and enjoyed my first experience in your dunfermline store. Thanks again to Kasim for making it such an easy and enjoyable experience.

Kevin was friendly. Taking time to acknowledge our 3 year old, Jamie. Offering us refreshments and even a toy for Jamie, he obviously has a keen sense of the meaning of Customer service and after shopping about, it was Kevin, above all else, that pulled us back to Dreams to purchase our bed.

I was guided through the options available to me after the Sales Assistant took time without pushing to understand my needs. Overall translated what could have been a complex number of choices and made the decision process very simple for me.
