Sean in dunfermline store was very very helpful which helped us to make our choice much easier.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Assistant was helpful and explained the difference in quality of the product we were looking for our needs

I was immediately attended to when entering the store with the colleague meeting me with a smile & genuine offer of assistance. I advised Susan my reason for visit (buying a mattress) & she asked if I had any budgetary limit. She then proceeded to advise of the various choices available & got me to try each of the 4 differing styles of mattress available to me. There was no time constraints applied & she wanted to ensure I was happy with my final decision prior to completing the necessary paperwork, including timescale of delivery & if it was acceptable to me. She advised of "free" delivery & explained the opportunity for my existing mattress to be collected & disposed with the relevant cost. The after sale process was also well covered & has been followed up by e-mail & text. Excellent service all round.

We came to have a look at mattresses as there was a sale on. From the moment we entered to store it felt inviting. We were given time to look around the store before we were asked if we required assistance which is for us a breath of fresh air. All our questions were answered and we never felt pressured to make a purchase. Cannot recommend the experience highly enough.

We were given as much time as needed to choose the perfect bed for us with the help and expert advice from the staff who we found very knowledgeable..never feeling harassed ,rushed or obligated . The staff were excellent.
