Gus was extremely helping from the minute we walked in the door (Dunfermline store). We made note that we had a particular budget and we wanted something similar for our son, to what we already had for ourselves. Gus was straight to the point, helpful and informative. We made a decision very quickly!

Assistant was busy with another customer, however, I was able to browse happily by myself. Pricing and item information was clear and helpful. When I did speak to a staff member the gentleman was helpful and friendly.

Friendly genuine welcome entering the store. Store clean and tidy. Well laid out area to socially distance and feel safe. Staff very polite and courteous , knowledgeable and approachable. Many years since we had bought new beds so impressed with the knowledge of Gus who also made sure we were comfortable and offered beverages which was lovely and specially on a very hot day. He went above and beyond and took the stress out of the purchase.

Kevin was lovely, not pushy at all like some other places can be. He was quick to allow us to use the magic bed selector and helped us with finding the correct mattress for us.
