On entering the store welcomed by Kasim who explained the layout and where we should look for the product we were interested in. He was helpful throughout but not pushy. Answered all the questions we had. Completion of order speedy and straight forward.

Staff saw us in the disabled parking space and when they saw that my wife was in a wheelchair they met us at the door to make sure we had no problems entering the store. We were attended to by Keith who spent ample time determining our specific needs and went over the various types of mattress that he considered would be suitable. We were then given the opportunity to try out a number of mattresses to feel the various differences. At that stage Keith left us with a cup of coffee to take as much time as we needed to make an informed choice and retry as many mattresses as we wanted. We were so impressed with the quality of service that we had received that by the time we went back to him we had decided that having gone in to buy a new mattress we would buy a divan as well. We were also given assistance with the swing doors on the way out. First class, friendly, informed service. We had looked other places but decided that Dreams deserved our business.

We purchased a new bed at the Dunfermline store on Thursday evening. The young man who assisted us was a breath of fresh air. He listened to our needs and helped us pick the right bed. He is a credit to your store.

We had previously visited this store and decided to return to make our purchases for new house. Sales assistant Kasim remembered us from previous visit and we specifically wanted him to deal with us due to his professional approach. He was not pushy in any manner, gave us space to talk when we wanted it and their to answer questions if we had any.
