Consultant went out his way to help as bed I wanted was blocked from store orders but gave me options and was realistic and professional without being pushy

We were served by Kasim, who is the most friendly yet professional salesman I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He answered all our questions - silly ones included - and let us run riot in the shop, trying every single bed on the floor. Never have I been put at such ease, and been allowed to try a product in such a way before purchasing. He was an absolute superstar, and a credit to the store.

Staff instore were lovely. Store was nice and clean and appealing.

Sean your sales assistant (in Dunfermline) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions, of which there were many. Given I am returning to UK from a very long period abroad, Sean took the time to explain the 'new' styles and types of beds and a wider range of your products. He understood that this was an important purchase for us and was very helpful indeed.

When initially entered store greeted by assistant,offered a coffee but didn't put any pressure on me,said if required any information would gladly assist, which he did when I asked questions

Was looked after really well by Kevin and even though I wasnt spending a lot of money he seemed genuinely interested in helping me choose.

I visited the store on 1/12/16 to look at new beds. Kevin assisted and was extremely helpful and knowledgable about what I was looking for. I returned the following day after discussing the bed with my husband, to purchase it. I was met by Kasim who was also extremely helpful and polite and double checked the measurements as I had limited space! I placed the order and because my house is in turmoil at the moment found that it was no problem to have the bed delivered at a time that suited me

Visited over 2 days and met with Kevin and Kasim. Both were very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Absolute gents.
