Ease of parking and plenty of assistants who were very knowledgeable. No pressure selling. Simple flow through from start t o finish.

Sean the salesman was very knowledgable and helpful without being pushy which I really appreciated, as I think there is nothing more off putting than someone hanging on your shoulder. There was a good selection in the shop and I checked prices on line before buying and Dreams came out tops , obviously I don't shop for beds often so it's good to know that my local store is in fact the best place to go to when I am shopping

I gave positive feedback as I also visited on your competitors that day and the difference in customer service was night and day. Sean who took my order was extremely helpful and made sure my delivery needs were met. Overall your competitor was cheaper but their attitude lost the sale in the first 5 mins.

The manager Keith was excellent. Attentive, very helpful but not intrusive or pushy in any way. We got sorted with the combination of bedding we needed at the reasonable price we needed as well.

Was welcomed with friendly sales man, he was not at all pushy and seenmed interested in my needs rather than trying to sell to me, I tend to walk away if I feel pressured but on this occasion it was a pleasant & relaxed experience, the sales assistant also left me to think about my decision but was always nearby to answer any queries I had, I did not feel pressured. I came away very satisfied with my purchase.
