The sales staff were knowledgeable ,attentive , and tried to meet our needs .We were advised to try each firmness etc , and to weigh up cost / quality etc

We were treated in a friendly and helpful manner from the moment we entered the store. We were left alone to browse and encouraged to try out the beds we were interested in.We never felt pressured at any time and were given time to make up our minds ourselves which bed we wanted.

The staff were really friendly and helpful on both my visits. On my first visit Heathershowed me around and explained about the mattresses, I went home to check all measurements etc for bed. I then returned 5 days later to purchase the bed and mattress.

The freindliness of staff and the speed of the whole situation. The informed choiced given by staff.

I had time to look around before being approached which I appreciated as I don't like feeling pressured. The assistant , Keith, took time to listen and understand the options and measurements I was looking for and gave me confidence to make the choice. He was informative and patient in his attitude . The ordering of the item was quick and painless . He appeared knowledgeable and gave me further information at this stage as well. The experience was straightforward and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly

From start to finish the trip to dreams to get a new mattress was brilliant. We had in mind what we wanted and the staff really helped us find the mattress for us.

Sean was extremely helpful without being pushy towards making a sale. We had been shopping around for bedroom furniture and the quality of products at dreams were best in our price range.

Keith approached us shortly after we entered, listened carefully & immediately offered options with full information from construction to price & availability. Courtesy, knowlehe, salesmanship all excellent, he's an asset to your organisation .

Keith in your Dunfermline store was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us various options and made sure that we were comfortable with our selection. I don't like salespeople who do the hard sell and tend to switch off/leave when I experience this, your colleague gave us time and space to make our decision and made sure we had the right information to do so.
