Staff member was friendly, but not "in your face", gave us the information we needed and was very knowledgeable

The Sales Assistants were very helpful and explained the difference between the items I was considering. They were quick to demonstrate the ease with which the divan with the extra mattress underneath could be set up. I found them friendly and ready to help, this made me return to purchase after looking around on my first visit

We were made to feel welcome in store and in no way were we pushed into buying our product but we found Kevin in the Dunfermline store very helpful and was very patient while we decided on which products we were buying.

Very satisfied with my experience on picking the right bed for myself and my wife. As my wife has a disability this was taken into consideration whilst trying the different mattereses available. Heather was knowledgeable regarding the difference between the mattereses available and helped us too choose the correct one for us.
