My visit was at a time of extreme stress, I was looking for a bed for my Grandmother who had just got out of hospital. I needed the bed that day and that's what I got. Sean and the other lady ( sorry can't remember her name) took there time with us, gave us a cuppa and went the extra mile by being genuine and showing concern for my grandmother along side listening to what I needed and offering expert advice. I am happy to say my grandmother is so happy with her new bed and is exactly what she would have picked herself, why? Because your staff listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for. Thankyou so much, you made a very stressfull time a positive enjoyable one, I even got to have a rest.

Staff member Kevin was very helpful and friendly. Allowed us to try several different beds and advised on all topper types available, spring count and firmness. Also very happy to have 20% off in the sale.
