Dreams - Dunfermline

We had looked at other 'bed sellers' in the area before we came to Dreams and had thought we would go back to the first store, however, due to the welcome, choice, but most of all the assistance we received from your employee, Sean, we decided to buy from Dreams. He was informative, gave alternatives but was not at all pushy. A credit to your team.

Keith was extremely helpful, gave us time and space to try out different beds after giving good advice on how to select the right mattress for us

Given plenty of time and assistance during our visit and left with more than we planned for a very reasonable price

The assistant Kasim took his time to understand our needs. I was very knowledgeable and personable. He helped us make the right choice for us.

Very quick process. Staff member listened to my needs and showed me various products pointing out benefits of different choices. She was relatively new but obviously still being trained. She was knowledgable and polite. The person doing the training kept in background and oversaw what she was doing, had little reason to intervene in process

Salesman very knowledgeable and friendly, offering tea, coffee etc. No hard sale or rush.

I was highly satisfied as the salesman was very good, he helped us when we needed help but at the same time gave us space to talk through our decision.

Kasim at your Dunfermline store in Scotland was amazing i explained to him what i was pesificly looking for he listened and was so helpfull he showed and explained everything about the 2 beds i bought and he explained all the diffrences in the mattress (a lot i didnt know) he also took the time to explain the benifits for the 8yr extra guarentee which i also bought he offered us tea and coffee which is a first for me when shopping the children also put there input to him and he explained everything in there terms which they understood his hospitality was a credit to your company i walked into ur store a stranger and felt i left meeting a new friend.
