We were greeted by a Keith, a very clean, smart looking young man who gave us all the relavent information without being pushy. He listened to our specific needs and did his best to match them. If the delivery is as good as his service then we will be 100% satisfyed.

Sean at the Dunfermline store gave excellent customer service. He made us coffee whilst going over the order with us and was both professional and friendly.

Kevin was polite, knowledgeable and keen to answer any questions we asked. I have to say he exceeded any expectations we had about the sales staff. He was more professional than any sales man we spoke to prior to entering the dreams showroom.

The sales guy was really helpful and very polite and smartly dressed and a very happy guy and made you at ease
