Dreams colleague ( Keith) was very helpful.....advised of delivery arrangements to suit us and current offer on delivery charges....great!

Kevin, the colleague, who dealt with us showed us the types of beds we were ideally looking for. He then left us to decide for ourselves what we wanted based on what we were looking for and did not hang about or make us feel pressured to purchase.

went online and identified the mattress I wanted. Went in to local store who had item on display so saw it and examined it before I bought it. Very simple and quick

The customer service was great. Kevin was brilliant with my two kids and made the shopping experience a pleasure even giving them biscuits and drinks (on two occasions). My cup of tea was very much appreciated too.

Sean was friendly and helpful. He made me feel.at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Even got offered a cup of tea! Fantastic service.
