As soon as I entered the store I was welcomed by staff and offered tea and coffee etc, which was a nice touch. The assistant was very friendly and allowed me to browse and if I had any questions to just ask.

The sevice was of the highest order

From the moment we entered the store Kasim made us feel very relaxed. This young man is a credit to you, very professional and friendly without being condescending, very knowledgeable regarding the products and generally just a really nice lad. The Dunfermline store is lucky to have him, thank you Kasim.

From the moment we arrived at the Dunfermline store Kasim treated us with the utmost respect but more than that he actually knew what he was talking about. I ordered bedroom furniture as I am on my own it was great that when my furniture arrives it will be already built for me as I don't do D.I.Y.relief

Staff were attentive, but not too attentive. They were there to answer my questions when I had them. They seemed to know what they were talking about

The salesman( Kevin) was one of the friendliest & helpful person I have had the pleasure to deal with in a long time. He had good knowledge of the bed we were looking for. We were offered a quick and free delivery. The only downfall of the sale was we are pensioners and unable to build the bed and the charge for this was £49 a bit steep over and above paying £599 for the base of the bed .

Stephanie was extremely helpful both with her knowledge of the products we were looking for and her after sales service optimising the delivery date for us.

Every thing was explained in great detail to me I'd different kinds off mattresses that would suit my needs also I was able to test out pillows all that was missing was my breakfast in bed ....I was offered a beverage though 😀
