love the bed i picked. in shop in my glory in the shop plenty to choose from lot of lovely beds got there

Very friendly assistant who gave me sufficient space and also provided sufficient information

Staff was very competent and had lots of knowledge of the kind of bed we were looking for. Showed us all our options, let us try all the different mattresses so we could decide which was best for us.

Steph took time to understand our needs and her product knowledge was very good

The assistant Stephanie in the Dunfermline store, took much interest in my needs, and gave me great advice on various alternatives, great explanation on availability of different combination of divan bases. As a veteran I used my 10% discount to the best use. My final decision was down to two different makes of beds, and the information received from staff, helped me make a final decision.
