Dreams - Dunfermline

From the time we entered dreams the assistants was very welcoming and answered even question asked without hesitation. He gave us time to look around and to be on our own so we had privacy while we talked things over then wss extremely helpful when we decided to place our order. He was very friendly and patient and totally understood about the time we needed to make our decision.

Once again I found the service from the Staff at Dreams excellent. This was a return visit to purchase a mirror to match the furniture I had purchased approximately one month ago. Staff were very helpful - both Kasim who served me and also the other staff. All seemed interested in my purchase. The only reason for not stating that I was highly satisfied with the overall price is due to the fact that because I did not order the mirror at the same time as the rest of the furniture I had to pay an additional delivery charge. This was something which the staff could not change for me however I did appreciate the gesture of a small discount. Once again a good experience.

Assistant greeted me as soon as I entered the store. He knew immediately where to find the item I requested and gave me a choice of three products. He explained the benefits of each of the products and allowed me to choose the one I wanted. He was not "pushy" and accepted my decision. Overall, the assistant was very pleasant and offered a very good customer experience.
