MEMBER OF STAFF CAME FROM OUR HOME TOWN AND WE DISCUSSED VARIOUS THINGS WHILE HE WAS PROCESSING THE ORDER HE WAS VERY FREINDLY AND KEEN TO HELP IN ANY WAY

The sale assistant was amazing. Told him what i was looking for and he showed me the 1st mattress and i loved it. Listened to everything i said i wanted. I placed my order on tuesday and was able to pick it up from tbe warehouse next day. Both sales assistants were amazing with my young daughter too. Will be telling all my friends and family about dunfermline store.

On our entry into the store. we were greeted by Kasim who said " Welcome to Dreams enjoy your visit". Which was really nice. Throughout the entire visit Kasim was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, even gave us very comfy pillows for trying out the beds.

I have bought from Steph at Dreams in Dunfermline twice in the last year . This is my third experience and I always find Steph knowledgeable and easy to deal with . I will be looking for another bed soon and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Steph at Dunfermline when the time comes .

The women who served us was very helpful as I was buying for my disabled aunt and the bed had to be a certain height so also helped us with the headboard and ma tress protector she was helpful without being pushy
