Very knowledgeable staff, and was directed to the correct style of bed immediately for our requirements. Good product knowledge, and friendly, without being too pushy as a sales person

All the staff were lovely, very friendly and they all had a good working relationship with each other . They made our experience very enjoyable.

Stephanie was exceedingly helpful, she listened to our needs and took time and trouble to ensure we were going to buy what we needed. At no time did she push or try to sell us finance but did indicate it was an option should we wish it. All in all she did a very good job and was a credit to the company. We knew perfectly well she was not responsible for pricing, but did feel that some things were expensive, especially if we were to source them on the internet.

I paid a visit twice to shop in Dunfermline and in both cases the young girl Steph was very friendly and most helpful. She picked up quickly what was required and moved us about the shop showing us what was available in our size for a chest of drawers along with a mattress. The gentleman in the shop was also very friendly and made us a hot drink which was very welcoming on a cold day. They both had a manner which was not at all pushy but very professional and was a welcome change from sales people who I sometimes find overbearing.

We went in to have a look for new beds for our children and ended up buying two new beds with mattresses and also bedroom furniture. We were approached by a friendly salesman named Kasim as soon as we arrived who when we explained what we wanted showed us exactly where to look and left us in peace until we needed help, if I had been harassed I would have just left. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We went home to pick up the children so they could pick their own beds and he spent a long time with them explaining the different mattresses, making sure they were happy with the ones they picked. We were so impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness we bought a wardrobe and chest of drawers we hadn't intended buying. We will definitely buy from Dreams again and hopefully be able to deal with Kasim.

We were given freedom to explore the store, Sean provided help and advice when requested and provided expert knowledge helping us choose the correct bed for our needs and budget. He also suggested improving our sleep experience through quality bedding at a reasonable cost.

Kevin the advisor was informative about products in store as we tried different beds and mattresses he informed us of the pros and cons of the different ranges.
