I thought the person who assisted us was very personable, knowledgeable and able to demonstrate how sofa beds worked. And my wife and I liked the fact that he did not pressurize us into a buying [1] a particular product or [2] any product on our first visit to the store some two weeks previously when all we wanted to do was look at what was available.

Sean was very helpful without being a pushy salesman.

The staff member serving us was very helpful in a practical way without in any way being patronising or pushy. Just what we like. We were shopping for bedding. Your range was limited but we did find what we wanted and we like the quality.

the young gentleman that served us was very helpful in every way he knew the right bed for us. we also purchased some of the pillows as well to go with the bed. overall very satisfied with the assistant's help. and he knew what we wanted after talking to us. thank you.

I was initially shopping for a bed and ended up purchasing bedroom furniture, bed base , tempur mattress and pillows. i came in for a browse initially and the salesman was very polite , friendly and knowledgable. When I returned a couple of days later with my husband he remembered me and spent time with us answering more detailed questions on the furniture, offering advice on the bed. In the end we bought a much more expensive bed than we had initially planned however we are very happy with this choice. There was no hard sell and we got the impression that the salesman really just wanted to help us make the right choice for us. When the salesman was getting some information for us the other members of staff were also very friendly and seemed interested in us and our purchases. All in all it was a much more enjoyable experience than we normally have when shopping for large items. We shall definitely recommend Dreams and will use them again

Staff were very helpful when I explaned all the points I wanted my bed to have. He picked out the beds that had these parts, so I could discard the others when making my final choice.
