My partner and I never like shopping, but this experience was made friendly and relaxing by Steph. Warm greeting and left alone not followed around.

Most pleasant and knowledgable sales assistant I have had in ages.

The sales advisor, Kevin, was extremely patient and understanding of our needs and aspirations for our new bedroom look. No request to him was too much bother in as much as he even moved items of bedroom furniture around so we could see the overall effect. I think he did far more than could be reasonably expected of him.

The assistant (Steph) was very helpful and knew the answers to all our questions. We never felt pressured at any point and she was very patient with us as we tried different mattresses.

Upon arriving at the shop we were greeted with professionalism from the start, sales advice was very detailed with all the products the we purchased. We were made to feel at ease with none of the usual pushy sales man that you tend to experience these days.we were offered refreshments throughout the full process of the sale which was a great touch as my wife tends to change her mind often, even more so with all the discounts and the products on offer. I will most definitely return to here again and will most definitely recommended this or anyone.

Allowed to browse but when we needed assistance it was available. Sean was very helpful, and in the end we chose a bed not on display in the store but still wanted Sean to assist with purchase

We knew what we wanted to purchase and your store had what we wanted in it's large display of bed and bedding, where other stores we looked at did not, and the store staff were very helpful and knowledgable.

The gent who served us was very helpful but was not pushy in any way he gave us time to look about and only helped us when we approached him he wasn't one of those sales people who follow you about...

Highly satisfied with the advice given by the salesperson. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and was very pleasant.

We had looked online before visiting the store so knew what we were looking for. We were helped by a Dreams employee (I think his name was Kevin), he understood what we were looking for & gave us good information regarding the products.
