As soon as we arrived we were greeted and shown all diff types of beds the member of staff was very polite and new exactly wot he was talking about we will defo be back in the future

Assistant knew what they were talking about and provided lots of information

Excellent customer service

The member of staff who helped us was freindly and made us feel at ease. He spent a good amount of time helping us choose the best mattress for us and on balance gave us the time to try different mattresses on our own. The choice of products wwre exceptional too.

We are refurbishing our bedroom the new bed is perfect to go with our colour scene and great sale price mattress and bed

Our second visit after shopping around other bed shops. Sean seemed to know his stock and didn't harrass us at all. He gave us time to try out different mattresses and even offered us coffee.

from entering the store my daughter and I were not pestered by your sales assistant he only came over when we wanted to ask his advice and to place my order.

we were treated very nicely where the salesman was not pushy but always available for any assistance. very good mix! very friendly too

I have shopped at Dreams before and have found the staff to be very cheerful and helpful and the assistant today was very helpful
