Dreams - Dunfermline

We were shown various products that would suit our needs but we didn't feel like we were getting pressure put on us, the sales man gave us time to ourselves to try the products out and was on hand when we need him. We think there is nothing worse than hard selling which has happened at another shop we went for a mattress.

Sales assistant Kasim, was very helpful.

Friendly, knowledgeable, very professional and made me feel very comfortable.

The sales representative was excellent, he was engaging, informative, patient with an excellent knowledge of the product range spending time in looking at options which we are available given my requirements.

There was a good variety of stock in store to choose from. The assistant was very knowledgable about the products. I was given time to browse, without the assistant, but they were on hand when I needed them.

Çustomer service given by Kevin was excellent. He was patient and understanding a real credit to your store.

The employee that served is met us with a smile and was polite with no pushy sales techniques. This goes along way with myself as I hate pushy sales and would have walked if it had been that way

As we entered the store , we were not ambushed by sales staff. We had a quick look , then approached Steph for assistance

Considering it was Sunday morning, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and not pushy as is often the case with sales people. I think that I was extremely satisfied because when you are about to spend some hard earned cash on something that will hopefully make you sleep better and make you feel fit and well for the following day, then that cash is well spent. I feel confidant that I have made that purchase. If in the following days, weeks, years, I find that I I have made a terrible error, and I sleep not well, because of a fault in my choice of purchase, then I shall inform you of such. Fingers crossed that will not happen.
