Dreams - Dunfermline

I was greeted by Kevin when I entered the shop and asked if I had been to the store before. I had not been so Kevin kindly explained where everything was in the shop and asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for. I told him it was a mattress and he explained the different colours what they were and asked if I would like a coffee. He gave me a pillow and said to take my jacket off and feel free to try all the beds and if I had any questions just to ask and left me to browse. He answered all my questions fully and politely. What I liked about the way this was all done was there was no salesman breathing down my neck and no pressure.

The moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed by Kassim who was extremely helpful. On asking how he could help, we informed him we wanted to buy a mattress. He gave us a full description of all mattresses available and allowed us to take our time trying out the various options. He was very knowledgeable and professional while, at the same time, being completely charming. He made us a coffee while we deliberated over which choice to make. Altogether we had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store and especially Kassim.

Sean who assisted us was quick to understand what we were after and advised us accordingly without hounding us (a rare quality).

When I first visited the pillows I wanted were out of stock, your colleague took my telephone number and even although the pillows did not come into stock for almost three weeks, he remembered and called me back, placing two aside for me. Your colleague also remembered the purchase of a new bed and bedroom furniture, which was over a year ago, asking if everything was alright with the products.

Staff polite, helpful and had knowledge of the fitting we were looking for.

Customer advisor was extremely friendly and made sure I went home with everything I needed including a headboard, pillows, bedding and a green bag for my old mattress.

The sale team was great in the Dunfermline dreams hopefully we will return one day in the near future
