Hamish was professional, friendlyknow, ledgeable and eager to help. Only slight down side was he didn't want to take no for an answer when it came to extended guarantee. I know this is where the sales staff make commission but the question should be asked and if the customer is in possession of all the facts and makes an informed decision not to sign up for extended warranty that should be the end of the matter. Having said that, it wouldn't prevent me from going back to Dreams in the future and I'd certainly recommend to friends.

We bought our last bed and headboard from the same store a few years ago we were very satisfied with the service and quality so when it was time to update our mattress it was the obvious choice to go back there.

Stephanie was great. Put me and my husband at ease. Made buying a bed easy and spoke to us like people and not just money to get out of us.

Assistant was very helpful and price matched for me

Phoned your staff late in the day to ask directions and closing time.staff offered to stay open later to accommodate our time of arrival.Sean the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful to us on our visit.Having spent nearly £1500 in store,my partner and I still left feeling like we got a decent deal.Will definitely be back in the future.

Excellent and all round customer service

The salesman Sean was very nice and helpful. The bed and mattress that we purchased was on sale and feel we got great value for the money we spent

on entry to the store my Wife and I were met with a well mannered young sales assistant who listened to what we were looking for and advised us on the various pros and cons of the different items

Staff were available to assist but not in an irritating, pushy way. When we had questions the assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but did not pester or put any pressure on us to make a sale.
