We were told exactly what every mattress was made of and encouraged to try each one then when narrowed down encouraged to try as long as possible even offered a coffee Felt there was no time limit or pressure

There were plenty of staff available and all were happy and chatty. Offered us teas and coffees. This was our first time buying a bed and we were glad we chose Dreams to buy it. We were offered an 8 year guarantee which included a free mattress protector and we also recieved a free set of pillows which was unexpected.

The price was fantastic. I was interested in a Tempur mattress and the staff did all they could to make sure they got me the best deal with quick delivery.

The member of staff who served us was very helpful and ensured our needs were met.
