I had selected the products I wanted to view on the website, and Gus was excellent at showing these to us as well as giving us other things to think about in an unpressured way. He was very personable, knowledgable and a credit to your company.

We were shown a wide variety of mattresses that met our needs and they were varied in price. We were then given time to discuss and try them out ourselves. There was no pushy sales chat. Instead we spoke with a expert and we’re allowed time to make our own mind up.

Customer care was great husband had to take a work call during our visit but sales person was patient showed me what mattresses were recommended and gave us as long as we needed to try them out

Iain was very professional and his product knowledge was second to none. As we are elderly he was very patient with us.

The salesman (Gus) was very helpful, knowledgeable and didn't put on pressure on us. Helped us find what we were looking for and gave us lots of options. Even let us bring our dog in to the store!
