The assistant, Sean, was most helpful. I was able to try out a number of beds and he asked me specific questions about the type of mattress to suit my needs. He also went through the whole process of purchasing and delivery.

My Father had died the day before at Home and my Mother wanted a new bed as soon as possible. The person who served us was very respectful and put my Mother at ease at a very difficult time. She chose a new bed and mattress and the service she received was absolutely first class. I went back to get the bed the following day and the salesman gave me a hand loading it into my car, and sent his respects to my Mother ... absolutely first class service

have family coming over to stay from australia at short notice and needed a bed delivered from stock at short notice, salesman Sean was able to sort this out for me whereas all other suppliers could not

The Dreams member of staff that dealt with us had patience in abundance ,very knowledgeable of all the products on offer, she is a credit to your company.The choice of products was excellent ,something for every budget.

From the minute we entered the store we were offered every assistance and advice which enabled us to purchase a suitable product for our needs.

The service was prompt, although the sales assistant was on his own he was attentive to us and apologetic when having to speak to others, he listened to what we wanted and gave us the options available rather than simply 1 option. Unable to comment on the quality of the goods as not yet received but I am sure they will be of high quality. Only 1 thing that would potentially stop me coming back is the overall price.

Sean at the Dunfermline branch was awesome. We had very tight timeframes to get a bed, and he couldn't have been more helpful working out what we could get in the time we needed. Very happy with the result, and Sean deserves praise. My only concern would be the poor guy was by himself and there were a few people waiting - buying a bed is not a rapid process so it would probably make sense to have more than one person available!

The person assisting us was stunningly effective, engaged and helpful. He enabled us to attain an extremely complex order and to achieve numerous reductions in every way possible. His knowledge of the products was first class as was his ability to identify the reductions. Whilst this will have been best practice for your business it was also so for us as the customers. The division between sales and service was so seem-less that it did not actually feel like we were being sold a product - just that we were being assisted in a sensitive and very efficient manner to achieve our wishes and goals. This person may be useful to you in a training capacity, given his obvious excellence in this role.
