The assistant (Sean) knew exactly what we were looking for. He took the time to double check availability as well as the secondary items we were looking for.

I was greeted upon entry by a friendly member if staff who was able to assist in explaining the layout of the available mattresses within the store. After picking a new mattresses he was able to organise a suitable delivery and showed us other items that could be bought at a discount while buying a mattress which we were able to take advantage of

Excellent customer service - good product knowledge

We were served by Hamish and found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. He went out of his way to get the delivery date that suited us best. We would recommend his to family and friends

I only went into the store to buy a couple of pillows, so, in the grand scheme of things, a small sale. However, the sales assistant couldn't have been more helpful and offered to let me try the pillows out before buying them. Very good service.

The quality of service was superb can't fault the sales man he was always on hand and asked us what we were looking for and assisted anyway he could but also gave us our space to have a look and feel the beds but was only an ask away I am impressed with the 40 sleeps guarantee here's hoping we don't need to swap tho but good as an option as you knew really know if a mattress is right for you with a 2 minute lie down

The sales assistant Stephanie was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the products and talked me through all my options. She also talked me through my order and explained everything thoroughly. All in all a very pleasurable experience,
