Personally in sales I know I can be overly critical of how others perceive 'good Customer Service' to look like but equally I do know that when you do experience good Customer Service, then there is a solid talent program behind the company to source the best people and invest in them accordingly. So let me tell you about Steph in your Dunfermline store, from the second we walked in the shop we had a hello that was just right, neither threatening nor overly gushing, something that said 'I am here if you need me'. As we needed 2 beds for moving home, we felt it important just to get right down to sell and not waste time around the store so we engaged with Steph directly and from there on in she gave credible and solid advice - strong enough to help us question ourselves and knowledgeable enough to help with our questions. We were also comfortable enough with her to agree to th 'upsell' of the Bed Cover too! Truly, one of the easiest & most pain-free shopping experiences we have had in a long while! Steph has a super easy manner about her & made the entire endeavour much more successful than we expected when we walked in!
