The sales person was brilliant very happy can't wait to get my new bed this is the second sealy bed I have purchased from dreams

there was a great choice of products especially in the sale

The assistant was very helpful, and also had experience of the product we were purchasing, as he had the same item at home

A very good range of products at competitive prices. The service provided was extremely good, attentive without being intrusive and the staff member had a good knowledge of the product range.

We were greeted on entering the store, left to browse at our own pace, without the 'hard sell'. Given advice when we required it. The sale was completed professionally by an excellent assistant.

We were allowed to spend time trying all the mattresses. We were welcomed into the store but the staff were not overbearing. The advice we were given was excellent and when we had narrowed down our search the sales staff explained all the options and the difference the amount of springs gave and advised us pf the pros and cons of our shortlist.

Service was quick and efficient. Listened too what I was looking and he was very informative about all his products

On arrival at the Dunfermline store, I was met by what I can only describe as a "friendly" face. The sales person introduced himself in a professional and courteous manner. Further to that, he introduced me to the manager which I believe his name was Hamish. We then proceeded to try out various products resulting in my purchases. Our overall experience was excellent throughout from walking in the store to the manager assisting me to my vehicle with part of my purchases. Outstanding service and would highly recommend Dreams.
