Assistant very helpful & knowledgable about the mattresses

I knew what I wanted just needed to see the products as I had initially viewed online. Got advice on the bed and mattresses I required. Very easy transaction with a professional member of staff with excellent customer service skills.

I was extremely satisfied due do your staff and their understanding of what I required Sean's knowledge of the products was excellent and well explained to me

I was very impressed with all aspects of the shopping experience especially the really helpful polite patient young salesman called Kasim. He really helped me as I am such a dither. Would definitely return to the store. To me the service I receive in a store is as if not more irritant than the actual sale. I am sure I will be satisfied with my nice new bed.

My experience of looking for a bed was dealt fantasticly by your excellent staff all were very polite and knowledgable and best of all I wasn't pressurised into the sale I was allowed time to make my own mind, up,would defiantly recommend and return my self.
