Staff very helpful, but not over bearing and available for any further advice needed..Beds were clearly marked in terms of Firmness .

The man who served us was very attentive and gave us several options of combinations of base for out chosen mattress.

A lot of different products. I was looking for a king sized mattress and thought I was after a specific firmness and after tying different styles ended up with something I wouldn't not have normally tried. This was due to exellent customer service who advised I try one of every kind of bed. Glad I did!!!!

My husband and I visited the Dreams store in Dunfermline, looking for our first bed for our new house. We were not 'pounced' on by sales assitants, which was refreshing, but the assistants were always keeping a watchful eye and ready to help once we indicated. The assistant who approached us - Hamish - was extremely knowledgable, and able to answer all our questions, ensuring we were completely informed and allowing us to make a truly autonomous decision. He even provided pillows for us to use so we could try out the beds properly in the store! Once we had decided we would like to buy the bed, matress and accessories, Hamish guided us through the purchasing process, and arranged a delivery date that was suitable for us. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and would recommend dreams to any of our friends and family who need to purchase a bed or bedding.

The assistant Steph, was very patient, understood my needs & explained everything fully.

Hamish, the member of staff that helped us was excellent. He knew his stuff, explained everything to us, wasn't pushy and guided us to our ultimate decision. There was no pressure for us to spend more on an expensive mattress, we tried all types that we thought may suit and eventually settled on the Tempur. Hamish went further by explaining our different payment options and ultimately we were very pleased with both the product and the experience. We can't wait until our new mattress arrives. (Very quickly in only a few days!)

Very tidy & clean showroom, as soon as we entered we were asked by Sean, our salesman as to what we were looking for. He was great, knew the range of products and prices and guided us to our desired purchase. This is our 2nd purchase from Dreams in the last 3 and a half years and we would not go anywhere else for our bedroom purchases. Thank you Sean.

Had plenty of time to try different beds and was not rushed to make a decision
