The actual bed I wanted to view wasn’t in store! It was but in the faux leather and I wanted to see it in the fabric option. I was able to see a swatch Of the fabric but would have preferred to see the whole bed. Not the staffs fault however

I was having to spend money and though the bed and mattress were decent value it was more than I wanted to be spending on a bed that once the covers are on will not be seen

You had to have a mobile for the delivery. My husband does not have a mobile and if he went on his own there would have been a problem.

There was one person in the showroom whilst we where the only customer in the show room we had to get his attention on several times to as questions as he was in a computer at a desk

I was more or less highly satisfied, I guess buying a bed isn't the most glamorous and therefore lessened by desire to say I was highly satisfied by the experience! It was also highly annoying being sat next to the beds which had TVs, where the same advert was played over and over with the song on constant repeat!! Whilst having the store music playing on the other side of you as well!

Everything was fine, took a while to find what i was looking for. Once i spoke to the assistant, it was fine. Also, just that it's taking three weeks to be delivered
