There is always room for improvement so I never give a highly satisfied review.

I was at all times very satisfied

Would’ve liked to have the armed forces discount on top of the sale price. Would’ve been a lovely goodwill gesture to HM forces

The service was excellent However the store isn't the most attractive and always looks like it's closing down. It doesn't have kerb appeal. I had overlooked it.

For the mattress type we were looking for was only one product within our price bracket available.

I was strongly satisfied with my experience at Dreams. The woman we had was in training and she was fantastic with her knowledge and understanding. The beds were a little too pricey alongside the mattresses, however we found the perfect bed frame and couldn't have been happier. It was a great price and classy. Can't wait to have it delivered to us in two weeks!!!
