I never put highly satisfied

Very friendly staff. Systems knowledge was a little bit lacking but that was only due to the member of staff being new to the store and I cannot fault her attitude, customer service and friendliness.

Would have liked to have seen some comments on the bed and mattress from people as you do on line on how they had found these items after a month or so. I feel it is okay listening to the sales person but seeing or hearing comments from someone who has the experience of and has bought the same items would help when choosing items as important as the mattress especially.

Nothing specific

Went in for a pillow came out with a pillow and new mattress. Staff were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about my needs so Satisfied with the service i got.

Were VERY satisfied. The Assistant was new to the store and very pleasant, accomodating and eager to learn. I asked for a discount because we were buying two mattresses and told NO because they were discounted. I was offered pillows initially but this did not show on invoice.

There was only 2 staff members in on the sunday and alot of customers so took a long time to get serve and to get questions answered. Need more staff on as it was a sale weekend and would of been quicker getting questions answered.

I find bed shopping tiresome as you really have to look and feel as much as possible. Comparing quality and price are difficult

I was good service

We felt that having shown strong interest in the mattress we wanted we were allowed to leave and check a competitor's store and felt that with a reduction in uplift of old matress we would have signed immediately, however we did return as dreams had the better product and service
