Dreams - Dunfermline

Feel like I was upsold and not offered full range, only the most expensive options available. This is not a discredit of the guy who served, who was highly professional and clearly just doing his job!

Amazing service from Kasim in the Dunfermline Dreams store, very attentive and talkative and made me feel welcome. Delivery guys were also amazing! And assembled the bed for me free of charge since I had to pay for "free delivery".

I was not to happy getting the deal the young salesman was making out he did not have control of deals as he was afraid he would get into trouble if he negotiated with me

Would have liked to have seen a better variety of beds, benson for beds have a fantastic variety

IT WAS MY FIRST TIME BUYING A MATTRESS FROM DREAMS

I was disappointed as I bought two beds for just under £2,500.00. In this price I was also quoted £38.00 for each bed to be built. At the time of did not think much of it as was done very quickly however when speaking with friends (who had recommended me to Dreams) told me that they had the same however the manager gave them free assemble. Very disappointed given the money I spent on both beds and now charged over £70.0 for assembly.

I was satisfied!

Beds were quite expensive.

The mattress we wanted wasn't available in store and we had to go to another store to collect it. The staff in the Livingston store seemed a little put out at having to contact other stores to find if they had it in stock.
