I was satisfied. Nothing in particular prevented me giving a very satisfied rating. Whilst the mattress I bought felt very comfortable I guess my expectation of comfort was too high, hence the satisfied rating. The attention and service I received was excellent.

i don't believe in giving highly satisfied, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and warrant credit for their roles.

I was satisfied but I just don't like when all the add on sales come into it, we spent £949 I think that was enough.

The customer service I received could not be faulted, both the gentlemen in your Dunfermline store were outstanding. I would only have liked to have found my chosen product at a slightly lesser price. I think I could have matched online for less but I needed a very fast delivery which your store colleagues were able and happy to provide me with.

I was highly satisfied with the product and the staff member who saw to me but the cost of the item seemed to be excessive.

The member of staff was very helpful but he was running between several customers as the store was short staffed and was not able to give me his full attention.

Assistant was quite persistent in trying to sell me additional items e.g. mattress protector, pillows etc when I had already indicated these weren't required. Delivery charge and charge for removing old mattress seem quite steep on top of an already expensive item. And these weren't mentioned until I had already decided to buy the mattress.

I took my disabled and slightly demented mother in a wheelchair to the local dunfermline branch. She felt that the sales man mumbled rather than spoke clearly to her and that he spoke to me rather than spoke to her. She liked him at the start as found him helpful and knowledgable but at the end she said he didn't speak clearly and didn't speak to her
