I don't enjoy shopping much, therefore I am unlikely to find ANY store HIGHLY satisfying.

I felt that delivery was costly and feel that pricing should be more overt advising boldly that it's not included was surprised to be offered insurance when the product was so expensive then to be told oh the mattress protector is free if you take insurance !! Then to be told we can match the website and reduce the overall cost.......it was too much I'd hate not to be switched on!

There was some up selling - we just wanted a matress

The mattress we chose could be taken away that day, just rolled up, but there were none in stock ! The advisor offered us an alternative but we decided against it as we weren't able to test it before we bought it as there were none on display .

I was highly satisfied with most aspects. I am very motivated by price and colour choice. There was no colour choice with my fabric bed. The price was on sale but I always like to feel I have got an especially good deal to be fully happy.

thought checkout could be slicker - so much to key in etc - had kids with and they were getting anxious and disruptive ( took over 30 minutes + to check out and process order)

sales assistant had to complete sales order twice as he had added items i specifically stated i did not want and the the wrong colour was chosen.

Product will take a month to deliver.
