Although generally pleasant, the salesperson was a bit overbearing and pushy. Could have recognised that dreams were very likely to make a sale in this instance, without him hounding us around the shop every 3 minutes. Not in the habit of dragging my 3 kids, all under 4, to bed shop if not serious about buying something. At point of sale, salesperson was a bit pushy and seemed more interested in him personally making the sale than dreams overall. Some of the "sales patter" was also quite offputing. Was not up for allowing us to leave the shop to finish off other shopping and take time to digest and decide on item. Was keen to close the sale immediately and boost his figures. Can imagine others feeling uncomfortable and pressured into a sale if in similar situations. Makes sales, but perhaps doesn't lead to customer good feeling.

I believe that when purchasing my mattress the "free"pillows should have been of the same quality. I would have liked the pillows to be cool touch the same as the mattress.

Put under pressure to look at mattresses of a huge price when a proposed budget was clearly specified. Left feeling a little humiliated that I was only spending a few hundred. The service was generally good, however, the sales assistant needs to understand that not everyone wants to spend thousands on a mattress.

During the visit the assistant was very helpful and catered for our needs. When we got home we decided to check your website to get more information on the therapur mattress that we purchased only to find it had received terrible customer reviews. Given that the reviews were so bad we called the shop to speak to the assistant to dealt with us and change the mattress but unfortunately she was off. We spoke to one of her colleagues and explained who told us we should make our own mind up and ignore the reviews! We got the mattress changed but found that the silentnight website to be hundreds of pounds cheaper than Dreams. If it was not for being tied into a contract with no cooling off period I would have cancelled the order altogether and saved around £400

Bed was £399 and zero percent finance offer had min spend of £400. I offered to buy pillows but was told this would not count as it could only be items ordered in . Bit silly really

The assistant who spoke to us initially and showed us the mattresses informed us that the one we were interested in had a20% discount in the current sale. However when we went to pay and were passed to another advisor this was not the case and the sale discount was not applicable on the mattress we wanted. We had said that the mattress was expensive but were not offered any other options that were cheaper however friends of ours in the store at the same time were offered a comparable mattress at a much lower price. Not once were we given this option or know it was a possibility.

Delivery time way too long. The item I ordered was ex display so don't see why it would take 3 weeks to deliver. Also your contract doesn't give 14 days to change your mind which is wrong.

I simply wanted to purchase a mattress protector, however I had to go through pointless paperwork and give all my details. Next time I will go to asda.

We specifically bought mattresses with water proof choices, your man then tried very hard to sell us more covers to cover the cover that covers the mattress... He wouldn't take no for an answer. This type of sale cost you 1500 quid 2 months ago as we went to Harvey's instead.
