Guy who served us was excellent and very patient with my elderly mother

We were helped by the most friendly employee who was able to answer all our questions, was so knowledgeable and didn't make us feel pressured in anyway. He understood our budget and needs and gave us all the options. Very personable.

Ian and Gus were the staff that helped me. They were very patient even though I did 3 visits to the shop before I completed my purchase! They were very friendly and put me at ease, they tried to understand my specific needs and matched me up with a perfect mattress. I felt under no pressure and the process was a dream :) love the quality of the goods and got a bargain! Will definitely be back. Last night I had my first night of sleep without pain, thanks to Dreams.

We were helped by Robert who was very friendly. He advised us on the best mattress for us giving us choices and recommendations on different ones. Nothing was too much for him very knowledgeable and a credit to Dreams. Would highly recommend and definitely be back in the future.

We have bought several beds from Dreams over the years and have always been happy with our purchase. On this occasion we were served by Kevin who was very pleasant, informative and very knowledgeable about his products. He took time to answer our questions and to help us source exactly what we wanted. This time we were buying mattresses for a guest room and he totally understood where we were coming from when we said we would not be using these beds. Excellent delivery slot to looking forward to receiving our purchase. Once again thank you for all your help.

We were very happy with the service. Both Kevin who welcomed us to Ian who explained everything so well and was very very knowledgeable about everything. Both young men were extremely pleasant and patient with us as we are oldies and get confused. Ian didn't rush us but was there by our side when we needed him. We will definitely be visiting the shop again. The shop had a very safe feeling with all precautions met.
