We were served by the store manager who was very knowledgable on producr and explained exactly what each mattress was ..and happy to let us try ones he thought would be right for our needs

All the salesmen were friendly and helpful without being overbearing or pushy. We felt very comfortable in the shop. I used the machine that assesses what bed is best for you and it seemed to get my needs just right. And Gus showed me what beds it recommended and it was one of those I choose to buy. I’m excited about my new bed and looking forward to getting it. While in the store we were offered a bottle of nice cold water which was appreciated because it was a hot day outside. All in all shopping in the store In Dunfermline was a pleasure, I would happily recommend the shop to my friends and family. And Gus the chap who served us was fabulous and funny 😊 He put us quite at ease, I appreciated that 🙏

Arranged a convenient to visit. We’re greeted at door. Sales person(Ian) spent th3 time we needed, answered all our question. Provided when we needed it. Ended up purchasing exactly what we wanted.

There were enough assistants to ensure we didn't have to wait for help. Once I explained what I was looking for he took us to the relevant products and ran through advise about each one. Ordering was very easy. The original delivery date was too soon so we pushed it back a week and this was easily amended. All in all great service.
