Welcomed on entering the store and the options and prices explained thoroughly before being left to peruse the shop at my own pace. As soon as I was ready to discuss my choice an assistant was there to go through everything and proceed with my order.

Good range of products. Had what we were looking for and customer service was excellent with Iain, our customer services rep, understanding the need to give us space to browse alone but always being immediately on hand if we had a question.

The person assisting me was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He actually took an interest in why I needed a new bed for my daughter who is really struggling with sleeping. He was genuinely concerned and offered advice given to one of his family members and how it transformed their life. This is customer service that made your branch stand out. This guy deserves a raise. Think his name was Robert from your Dunfermline branch. Can't wait for the bed to arrive. My daughter will be thrilled and I hope it means it will ease her anxiety with her sleeping.

Iain the salesperson who helped us checked the firmness we needed .We were shown a variety of beds within a variety of price ranges allowed to test them and come to our decision on what we wanted. There was no hard sell

I had a good welcome at the door when I went in,The layout of the shop was good ,plenty of space to move about .I WAS allowed to look at the beds without a salesman on my shoulder. When I wanted a salesman one came over to help. A pleasant visit.
