The ranges on offer, the knowledge and helpfulness of the salesman (Ian, I think), he even offered me a bottle of water whilst I perused the beds. He made me feel very welcome and comfortable and seems to know everything off-hand regarding what bed had certain optional extras, what colours they came in etc.

Gus gave me great service, he was available to me to make the right decision while not making us feel pressurised to make a purchase. The entire experience was comfortable and Gus made me feel we made the right decision for my needs.

The person who helped us was very kind and friendly, I think his name was Robert. He was helpful, but not overbearing which we appreciated.

The guys were all very friendly and extremely helpful , and knowledgeable . Great bunch all of them . Would definately recommend them to my friends . I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from the store again in the future . Thanks a million guys .

We were made welcome the minute we entered the store, and was offered bottled water also which was really nice, especially as I’m pregnant and the masks make it hard to breathe. The customer service was outstanding, every member were soooo friendly and were nice and chatty with us, one particular staff member was called Kevin he was lovely and professional and helped the staff member that was serving us too. They managed to get us exactly what we wanted in no time and gave us a great deal, we always buy our stuff from dreams and will continue to do so for this reason!

Friendly staff was greeted right away offered water very polite helped us look for a bed etc and on the way out all the staff said bye

My appointment was quick and easy and I left having ordered the product I wanted.
