Overall a very professional approach, the staff member Sean was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Also the measures put in lace in the store regarding Covid were more than expected, left us feeling very safe as we prefer to shop instore rather than online.

Sean from your Dunfermline store, was great from start to finish. Very polite and product knowledgeable. Gave us all the information on the great deals you has instore which are fantastic. Just a bit gutted I wont get my head board until Jan lol. But over all experience was great.

From the moment we walked in to the store we were well looked after. Sean who helped us was really friendly , as were all the staff. We were offered a bottle of water which was great as wearing the masks can sometimes get a bit stuffy. We were taken to the "sleepmatch" machine to help us find the right mattress for us. From the recommendations we were able to choose one that suited us. Sean was great and there was no pressure selling. We were given space and time to make our final decision. We were offered extra services like recycling our old mattress. Overall a really great shopping experience. We know where to go if we have any more bedding needs and we will recommend you to all our friends. Thank you!
