Very friendly store staff, very knowledgeable, showed us the range and demonstrated products we were interested in.Sean looked after us very well

From the moment we walked in to the store we were well looked after. Sean who helped us was really friendly , as were all the staff. We were offered a bottle of water which was great as wearing the masks can sometimes get a bit stuffy. We were taken to the "sleepmatch" machine to help us find the right mattress for us. From the recommendations we were able to choose one that suited us. Sean was great and there was no pressure selling. We were given space and time to make our final decision. We were offered extra services like recycling our old mattress. Overall a really great shopping experience. We know where to go if we have any more bedding needs and we will recommend you to all our friends. Thank you!

The customer assistant was surprisingly knowledgeable. We were warmly welcomed immediately on entrance. Given space to think. Customer assistant was responsive the moment we wanted to raise a question. Our little one was entertained... Probably purchased as result of quality customer assistance more than desire for the particular products we bought
