Went in and was shown item i wanted. Place clean. Staff all had masks on. Assistant answered all my questions and was helpful and friendly. Order placed and out the door in 5 mins.

The member of Staff instantly greeted me, asked relevant questions for what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining items I was interested in and finding exactly what I wanted. Overall the member of staff was very polite, helpful and efficient in the service provided, and placing my order was very easy.

The Sleepmatch experience was an excellent guide to finding the most suitable mattress to accommodate my back problems. I was very particular about the type of mattress I wanted (double sided) and although no longer popular I was still given a choice.
